November 9, 2020 – At approximately 6:15pm JTFD1 was dispatched alongside JTFD2 and the Jefferson Township Rescue Squad for the report of a working structure fire on Nolans Point Park Road. JTFD2 officers arrived on scene and confirmed a fully involved structure fire with exposure issues on the B (left) side of the structure. Partial collapse of the interior had occurred, and defensive operations were established. JTFD1 members provided assistance at the scene, as well at the draft site established at The Windlass.  JTFD1 units that responded were Engine 722, Engine 727, Tanker 723, Ladder 728, and Utility 721. Picatinny Arsenal FD and Mount Arlington FD also responded. West Milford FD provided station coverage for JTFD1 while our units operated at the fire.
